Our Green Charter and Net Zero programme reflect our enduring commitment to eco-conscious operations. We target the reduction of energy and water usage, waste minimisation, adoption of sustainable resources, and the diminution of our environmental impact. In this vein, we collaborate with third parties to scrutinise and improve our daily activities. Among our initiatives are:

Recycling centres for various materials.
  • A cycle-to-work scheme and utilisation of the Enterprise Car Club.
  • Carbon-neutral paper sourcing and coffee ingredient suppliers.
  • Use of recycled materials for branded merchandise.
  • We are signatories to the Greener Litigation Pledge, joining industry leaders in striving for reduced carbon footprints in legal disputes. Further, we are members of the Association of Renewable Energy & Clean Technology.
Social Engagement

Our staff and surrounding community are paramount. We engage in various methods of feedback collection and mental health support. We lead and sponsor community events and offer charitable matching for fundraising efforts by our employees. Our partnerships with educational institutions facilitate apprenticeships and mentorship opportunities, while all staff are entitled to two days of annual volunteering for community service.

Governance

Good governance is fundamental to our operations. This includes comprehensive compliance training, fair wage practices, gender pay gap reporting, and an ongoing focus on diversity and inclusion. We maintain accreditations such as Cyber Essentials Plus and collaborate with third parties to understand and improve the experiences of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic individuals in the legal sector.
