The Divorce Process
- Issuing Proceedings: A draft divorce application is prepared and submitted to the court, following which it is served to the respondent.
- Conditional Order: Should there be no dispute, the applicant can apply for a conditional order 20 weeks post-application submission.
- Final Order: After a subsequent six weeks and one day, a final divorce order can be applied for, thus concluding the divorce proceedings.
